UAD 3.6 · Ultimate Appraiser Defender
This game was built in one evening. By an appraiser. With no coding.
I'm Dustin Harris — 30 years an appraiser, founder of The Appraiser Coach. I don't write code. I was sitting in an airport in Rome when I described the game I wanted out loud: an appraiser doing an inspection, lasering corners, grabbing photos, while a dog, a goat, some chickens, a chatty homeowner and a Realtor fishing for a number all try to stop him.
By the time I landed, the first playable version was waiting for me on my phone. Everything you just played — the house, the clock, the laser, the touch controls — was built by an AI assistant I've set up to run my businesses, from plain-English notes I sent it between flights. I played it, told it what was confusing ("I can't tell how to move", "how do I leave in the car?"), and it fixed each thing in minutes.
What actually happened
- I described the game in a few sentences, the way I'd describe it to a friend.
- The AI asked a handful of questions, then built a working prototype and put it on the web.
- I played it on my phone and gave feedback in plain English. It shipped each fix while I waited.
- Total time from idea to the version you played: a few hours of my attention, spread across a travel day.
That's not a trick, and it's not a one-off. It's the same system I use every day to run inspections, write reports faster, keep five businesses straight, and build tools for appraisers — and the same system I teach other appraisers to set up for themselves.
If you want to be able to do this
The Appraiser AI Academy is where I show appraisers, step by step, how to put AI to work in their own practice — from report writing and comp analysis to building little tools like this one. No coding background. Just appraisers learning from an appraiser.
Built with Claude Code. Game art is plain emoji. Nothing is collected when you play; the only thing stored is your personal best, on your own device.
